This January 6th show is about the Democrats desperately trying to win as many votes as possible.
It embarrasses me to admit that there are people in Texas who admire Dan Rather. A few years ago, Dan’s alma mater, Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, the School of Mass Communication is located in the Dan Rather Communications Building.
It’s worth noting that naming the Communications Building after Rather happened in 1994, some years before he disgraced himself and his network with his dishonest and corrupt reporting of George W. Bush’s military service. I often wonder if the school has ever noticed the irony of having his name on a school that’s dedicated to training young people how to be honest journalists. But that’s just me.

If anyone thinks a dude wearing face paint and buffalo horns or some reprobate putting his feet on Pelosi’s desk was going to start introducing legislation in the House of Representatives, they truly need psychological help. The real insurrection took place on election night cranking out fake ballots.
I find it amusing that someone who legitimately tried to sabotage democracy through blatant misinformation is claiming what lead up to Jan 6 wasn’t simply the immune response trying to restore some reason behind something that failed every single metric we used to measure the outcome before the fact combined with a severe set of rules changes.
I’m pretty sure that “fortifying the election” was when American democracy was sabotaged, Jan 6 was an immune response.
