FINA, the international governing body for swimming and other aquatic sports, showed some real balls and common sense this past weekend when they made a big change regarding transgender swimmers. They put in place a new policy that prohibits male-to-female transgender athletes who transitioned after the age of 12 from competing in women’s events. It was obvious that they would receive a lot of hate from the leftist “inclusion police” and the trans community but they went ahead and made the change anyways because they recognize that men and women are physiologically different. And well frankly that if you went through puberty as a boy you are forever advantaged. Following the new policy they also plan to open a new category for transgender athletes. Hopefully, in the future, this is a policy that all sports organizations will adopt.
