Nicholas John Roske, a 26-year old from California, was arrested by US Marshals after he got out of a taxi in front of Kavanaugh’s home yesterday in the early morning hours. He was on a mission to murder the Justice:
Because wackjobs are gonna wackjob. And it’s no surprise that there are leftist wackjobs out there ready to rage when they’re encouraged with rhetoric like this…
Yeah – he won’t know what hit him, huh Chuck?
So, when does our weaponized-against-conservatives-FBI-and-DOJ start investigating Chuck and other leftists for this kind of rhetoric? Or are they too busy with targeting conservatives these days? That blatant double standard REALLY takes up a lot of time, huh?
We conservatives won’t hold our breaths on liberal accountability. Because that’s an oxymoron these days.
Of course, our divisive President isn’t saying anything about this, and neither is Kamala. And why would they? One of their own just TRIED TO KILL A CONSERVATIVE SUPREME COURT JUSTICE, and they have the complacent, propaganda-driven media on their side to downplay it. It’s not a story. Nah. If this administration had a shred of leadership ability in them and actually revered this country, they’d speak out against this violence – ALL of the violence we’re seeing. But they hate half of this country and they don’t respect the other half (wake up, libs). They’re in this for themselves and themselves only. Remember when Joe Biden actually RAN on a platform of unity? People believed that absolute load of crap.
Bless their hearts.
And remember when Kamala swiftly piped in about Jussie Smollett?, calling it a “modern day lynching?” Weird, considering that she had no real facts on the case and it ended up being a huge lie – kinda like BLM did. And yet, she has ZERO to say about one of our Supreme Court Justices being the target of an attempted murder – you know, as the Vice President of the United States.
Holy lack of Actual Leadership.
Speaking of no leadership, Merrick Garland pretended to care yesterday and said this:
“This kind of behavior is obviously behavior we will not tolerate,” Attorney General Merrick Garland told reporters Wednesday. “Threats of violence and actual violence against the justices of course strike at the heart of our democracy and we will do everything we can to prevent them and to hold people who do them accountable.”
Those of us with firing synapses in our brains know THIS is a load of crap, too, because if he were going to “hold them accountable,” he’d freaking ARREST the groups that are out there protesting outside Kavanaugh’s home (and any other Supreme Court Justice’s home) tonight. And he would’ve done that a month ago when they were doing it then. It’s illegal to protest in front of Justice’s homes. So DO YOUR JOB, GARLAND. You know, for once. Or are you too busy going after conservative soccer moms?
If convicted, Roske faces up to 20 years in federal prison, a fine of up to $250,000 and three years of supervised release. Roske affirmed that he is consenting to detention at this time. A preliminary hearing has been set for June 22 at 4 p.m., but that could change if Roske is indicted in the meantime.
Let’s hope the guy actually GETS convicted. My faith in our country’s judicial system is about as strong as Beto O’Rourke’s Hispanic heritage.
