If you missed this TikTok from our morning livestream, make sure to watch it and share it. The total lack of hesitation and reluctance on the part of these kids to willingly get into a car with a complete stranger is just amazing.

I mean, that should shake parents to their core. It’s not enough to just say, “Don’t talk to strangers” or “Don’t get into the car with someone you don’t know.” Kids are inherently trusting, and they inherently trust ADULTS. So your teaching has to go beyond that. It’s gotta get specific. It’s gotta be a “If this happens, you ask these questions – What’s my mom’s name? How do you know my mom?” type of teaching. It’s got to be all about scenario-planning.
Show your kids this video. Talk to them about it.
