Sometimes I’m truly baffled at what people think is a good idea. Who told Beto it was a good idea to crash a presser for 19 dead kids to score 10 seconds of free campaign advertising? Who told Obama it was a good idea to hijack the national tragedy of 19 dead kids to remind the public about a career criminal and habitual drug abuser who died resisting arrest while high, and simultaneously plug his own foundation and activist agenda? And someone please tell me who thought it was a good idea to hang advertisements in New York City subways praising illicit drug users as “empowered” for “using safely,” and literally giving step-by-step instructions on how to use dangerous illegal drugs? Check out this poster.
No, @nycHealthy, heroin addiction is not empowering
This is the opposite of “harm reduction.” This normalizes injecting deadly life-changing drugs
“avoid using alone” 🤔
“Start w small doses” 👀
“Using safely” 😳
This is twisted

“Don’t be ashamed” that you’re breaking the law, destroying your body, destroying your family, destroying your city, and endangering yourself, your family, and your community because you have incredibly poor judgement? Does the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene thinks that normalizing and praising illicit drug use is “harm reduction?” Drug overdose deaths surpassed 100,000 in 2021, and drug overdose is now the leading cause of death for Americans under the age of 50. Not guns. Not COVID. Drugs. In fact, in San Francisco, overdose deaths currently “far exceed COVID deaths.” That is huge, considering the absolutely neurotic response our nation has had to COVID. And here’s New York City literally promoting illicit drug use? Praising it as “empowering?” Imagine if they cared to combat illicit drug use the way they pretend to combat COVID. I mean, can you even imagine NYC putting up a poster praising people as “empowered” for choosing to safely expose themselves to COVID and giving step-by-step instructions for how to do so safely? Can you imagine them locking down the city and drug testing every person who wanted to come in to work, go to a game, or travel? Can you imagine them requiring every establishment to require proof of a clean drug test before they can enter to eat? It would never happen. And yet, there are entire cities and more about 66% of the nation’s population that is at greater risk of drug overdose death than COVID.
Is New York City so far gone that the best they can do is tell people how to safely abuse illicit drugs in their cesspool of a city? Seriously, I absolutely zero interest in ever visiting New York City, much less utilizing a NYC subway.
Everyone looks away as a woman is assaulted and silently mouths “help me” to her fellow passengers. But they are too afraid of the ramifications of stepping in to help her.
That’s how things are in woke progressive NYC. https://t.co/WDTaUaiOSF— Natalie Argyle (@NatalieArgyle) May 26, 2022
