Jayapal, I should point out, serves on the Judiciary Committee.
Not only does SCOTUS have the right to overturn Roe v Wade, making those kinds of decisions is their LITERAL JOB.
Wait till she finds out that even if Congress codifies Roe v Wade and creates a new law, SCOTUS can still overturn THAT.
