Who didn’t see THIS coming? Seriously.
I chose Townhall as the source for this, because I love how they highlight how dismal MSNBC is, and I also love how they point out what a CLUSTER the “announcement” or non-announcement this was:
Psaki is “in exclusive talks with MSNBC” that are “nearly final” to jump to the network that trails Fox News and CNN in ratings after she leaves the Biden administration ahead of the midterms.
Axios’ source reported that Psaki already “told some senior officials at the White House about her departure and her plans to join MSNBC” but, somewhat awkwardly, she had “not yet formally told the White House press team about her departure.” Well, they know now.
So, this is the PRESS SECRETARY who is supposed to have a command of Communications for the leader of the free world, yet she can’t get her own sh*t together to create a formal departure plan of her own without it leaking to the press.
Speaks volumes, doesn’t it?
Also, she dissed cable news in Rob Lowe’s podcast, which is weird seeing as how it’s going to be her new professional home:
Jen Psaki, who is signing a contract with MSNBC, mocked cable news in an interview with Rob Lowe just a month ago:
“Cable news is dying. Right? The ratings for it are dwindling. Right?”

Maybe she feels like she can singlehandedly save it or something?
