March 31, 2022According to this, the University of Michigan is currently experiencing a deep need to virtue signal, so they’ve decided to make Colin Kaepernick the “honorary captain” of the spring game this Saturday.
Y’all know I’m not ever 100% up to speed on SPORTS! so I can’t tell you what amazing benefits come with being honorary captain of the Michigan spring game. Apparently the current MI coach and Kaepernick were involved in 48 games together previously, so there’s a connection there.
A coupla weeks ago, Kaepernick posted on his Twitter that he’s “still working” – as in, he still wants a pro job. Maybe MI just felt sorry for him? I dunno.
