Imagine being the person who actually even CONSIDERED the vax rate of Ukrainians right now.  Does he honestly believe the Ukrainians crowding together inside right now in order to escape BEING BOMBED TO DEATH give two sh*ts about whether or not the people they’re crowding with have been vaccinated?
