Here Is My Initial Tranche Of Thoughts About Russia And Ukraine

First things first.  If you haven’t heard, the world changed last night.  Russia launched a full scale attack on Ukraine from basically every direction.  Hundreds of people have died, hundreds of thousands are likely to become refugees, absolutely nothing about Biden’s strategy has been helpful, and we are now far less safe than we’ve probably been in decades.  This doesn’t stop with Ukraine.  We all need to realize that.

The incompetent imbeciles who currently hold leadership positions within this totally feckless Biden administration have pretended for weeks now that their strategy of deterrence was effective.  Anyone with half a brain has known that’s nonsense.  And the first, second, and following tranches of sanctions will not have the bite Biden so arrogantly claims they will.

Quick reminder:  Biden has no idea what he’s doing.  This shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone.  The bigger problem is that he has surrounded himself with idiots, for the most part, who also have no idea what they’re doing.

The one thing that he has so far stated clearly that has been RIGHT is that no American troops will be sent to fight Russia.  Now, could he go back on that at any minute?  Of course.  He lies on pretty much every day that ends in -y. But at least for the moment, our troops will not be directly involved on the battlefield.

The problem, of course, is that traditional battlefields are a thing of the past.  The new battlefield includes the internet, the power grid, the water supply, etc.

There is blame to go around when it comes to the lead-up to this conflict.  But today?  I’m blaming Greta Thunberg and AOC, for their radical, insane Green New Deal ideas, that unfortunately swept up much of the world, and caused us and our allies to do ABSOLUTELY STUPID THINGS with respect to energy.  Germany, in particular, has been phasing out their nuclear energy in favor of more renewables and is now more reliant on oil from – you guessed it – RUSSIA.  And they’re not alone. Europe is now in a very precarious position. They rely on Russia for a THIRD of their energy supply.  And they did that to themselves, because they put stock into what complete idiots like AOC and Greta think.  Obama and Biden were all about the Paris Accords.  How is that helping now?

And here at home, Biden has been ALL ABOUT shutting down US oil production, canceling pipeline contracts – all because he and other world leaders are so arrogant that they believe putting their citizens in pain financially will somehow lower the temperature of the world by a degree in a 100 years. This is the damage that has been wrought by AOC and Greta. The worst thing that the world could have done is LISTEN TO THOSE TWO MORONS.

I realize, of course, that they are not solely to blame for the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.  But think about what they stand for.  Think about what the Left cares about.  They care about the climate, which is going to do what the climate has done for millions of years ANYWAY regardless of how many carbon offsets we throw at it.  They care about wokeness.  They care about pronouns and trigger warnings and dudes with penises competing on women’s swim teams.  They care about getting their student loans paid for and virtue signaling about race. In other words, the things they care about most do NOTHING to actually address ACTUAL PROBLEMS that we face right now. Problems like, oh I don’t know, the fact that China is definitely gonna make a run at Taiwan now.

The world is in crisis, and AOC is dunking her head into ice water to de-stress.  Greta Thunberg is fighting against a mine opening on historic reindeer-herding land in Sweden.  They are imbeciles, and yet people in positions of power listen to them.  It’s pure insanity.

Anyway, as I said, this is just my first tranche of thoughts on the matter.  How am I doing using the White House’s new buzzword?
