San Fran Shuts Down In-N-Out That Wasn’t Checking Customer V@xx Papers

Californians love their In-N-Out. I don’t particularly get the hype, but it’s almost a religion for them. I’m a midwesterner, so Steak-N-Shake or toasted ravs is really more my style. If you don’t know what toasted ravioli is, hit me up because I have the best recipe that will blow any Italian restaurant’s expensive toasted ravs out of the water. But I digress.
On Oct. 14th, the city of San Francisco shut down the In-N-Out located in Fisherman’s Wharf because the company wasn’t forcing their customers to prove that they had received a Covid-19 vaccine before allowing them to enter the establishment. This was a violation of the city’s tyrannical August mandate requiring certain businesses to require indoor diners to present their vaccine papers for admittance. Also, kind of weird how shutting down an extremely popular food joint is their priority when people are literally pooping and overdosing all over their city streets. Drug overdose deaths in 2020 were more than double their Covid deaths the same year. Seems like maybe they should focus their attention elsewhere. But hey, what else can you expect from Nancy Pelosi’s district.
The company, which is owned by a devout Christian woman who puts Bible verses on her paper products, and who apparently believes in personal freedoms, decided that her company wasn’t going to force their minimum wage fast food employees to act as the Biden Administration’s Gestapo by demanding the vaccine papers of citizens, and then throwing them out of the establishment if they failed to present the proper documentation.
In-N-Out’s Chief Legal and Business Officer, Arnie Wensinger, gave a statement to Fox News, saying,

“Our store properly and clearly posted signage to communicate local vaccination requirements. After closing our restaurant, local regulators informed us that our restaurant Associates must actively intervene by demanding proof of vaccination and photo identification from every Customer, then act as enforcement personnel by barring entry for any Customers without the proper documentation. We refuse to become the vaccination police for any government.”

I mean really, how racist and discriminatory of them to demand photo identification to prove that your vaccine papers are really yours. Don’t these California officials know that Leftists across the nation insist that minority Americans are apparently incapable of obtaining a photo ID? At least that’s what they keep telling us when we bring up voter ID…
These government officials literally want some awkward, pimple-faced teenager who’s working part time after school for gas money to check your documentation at the door before allowing you to order your Animal Style Double Double.
Wensinger’s statement continued,

“We fiercely disagree with any government dictate that forces a private company to discriminate against customers who choose to patronize their business. This is clear governmental overreach and is intrusive, improper, and offensive.”

State sponsored discrimination is exactly what this is.
