Biden Admin Sued By Arizona Over Vaccine Mandates

I don’t wanna brag, but who has two thumbs and lives in Arizona? THIS CHICK.

President Joe Biden announced his plan to mandate vaccines last week and, on Tuesday, Arizona became the first state to sue the Biden Administration in opposition of the mandate.

That empty suit informed the public that his plan was to mandate vaccines for Federal employees and private businesses that have more than 100 employees, emphasizing that he was including Fox News (totally doesn’t have any bias, though).

This sort of “exercised authority” (as Biden stated in his speech) is purely unconstitutional.

Biden puts the ‘dic’ in ‘ridiculous.’

Fox News reported:

“The federal government cannot force people to get the COVID-19 vaccine. The Biden Administration is once again flouting our laws and precedents to push their radical agenda,” Attorney General Mark Brnovich said in a statement.

Specifically, the Arizona lawsuit contrasts the mandates with the lack of mandate for those entering the country illegally via the U.S. southern border, where there has been a surge in migrant encounters – with more than 212,000 in July alone.

While approximately 40% of those encounters result an expulsion via Title 42 public health protections, many other migrants have been released into the U.S., which has led to concerns about the risk of potential COVID-19 spread.

“There can be no serious or scientific discussion about containing the spread of COVID-19 that doesn’t begin at our southern border,” Brnovich said.

Illegal immigrants at the southern border are being favored over our very own American citizens. The lawsuit references this egregious favoritism and argues that the mandate blatantly violates the Equal Protection Clause by discriminating against US citizens. Furthermore, the lawsuit will challenge the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) authority to issue this sort of directive.

Even the Texas Attorney General, along with other Republican states, have plans to sue the Biden Administration –
