Major Move By Reps. Gabbard And Mullin As They Introduce Legislation To Allow Only Biological Females In Women’s Sports

I honestly believe that Representative Tulsi Gabbard is the last sane Democrat.

Democratic Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard and Republican Oklahoma Rep. Markwayne Mullin introduced the “Protect Women’s Sports Act” according to a press release on Thursday.

According to The Daily Caller:

[This] legislation that would clarify Title IX protections for female athletes as based on biological sex, a press release said Thursday.

The “Protect Women’s Sports Act” recognizes the different abilities conferred by biological sex, the statement says.

Title IX protects people from discrimination based on sex in education programs or activities that receive federal funding.

Ultimately, Title IX should protect women from ‘transgender women’ and the transgender ideology; it was intended to acknowledge and protect the biological differences between men and women.

Twenty-eight Congressional Democrats signed a letter in June condemning the Department of Education for its ruling, accusing the department of discrimination “against transgender youth” by restricting women’s sports to biological females.

Rep. Tulsi Gabbard laid down the hammer with this one –

“Title IX was designed to give women and girls an equal chance to succeed, including in sports,” Mullin said. “Allowing biological males to compete in women’s sports diminishes that equality and takes away from the original intent of Title IX.”

If transgender individuals want to compete in gender-specific sports, then they can create their own transgender leagues. I can imagine the array of leagues considering the plethora of genders they’re supposing exists. Let them figure out for themselves how sports can be biologically unfair.
