Ooof. That sentence sure doesn’t jive well. If you thought it was a sarcastic sentence to poke fun at Biden’s not-so-intelligent ways, don’t worry, I’m right there with ya.
In all reality (as twisted as it is) Biden will receive the first presidential intelligence briefing on Monday to provide analyses and outlines of classified security issues, as reported by the Daily Caller.
Vice President-elect Kamala Harris is scheduled to receive the briefing as well.
Harris sits on the Senate Intelligence Committee, meaning that for the past few weeks she had access to more classified intelligence than Biden himself, according to CNN.
Sigh… there are people sitting on the intelligence committee who wouldn’t be able to find their own arse with a compass and a map… but, I digress.
Biden is also set to announce several cabinet nominations Monday, including Neera Tandeen as the head of the Office of Management and Budget and economist Cecila Rose as the chair of the Council of Economic Advisors, according to NBC News.
The president-elect also announced his communications team Sunday, which includes Jen Psaki as the White House press secretary and campaign advisor Symone Sanders as the chief spokesperson for Harris.
Does anyone want to make sure Biden is aware that the BRIEFING still requires that he wears pants? Get it? Briefs? Anyways. Just ensure that he doesn’t play with the dog.
That’s right. While Biden was playing with his dog, he fractured two bones in his foot on Sunday. So he will be hobbling into the intelligence briefing more than usual.
