Oooof, that’s an ugly color for the oh-so tolerant and loving left.
Now just take a moment and imagine if someone from the right had stated this about Obama. It would be all the rage at the CNN headquarters.
Zara Rahim is a former campaign staffer for the Obama Administration and Hillary Clinton and shared a now-deleted tweet (chicken $hit) expressing her wishes that President Trump dies from COVID-19 after testing positive for the virus.
According to the Washington Times:
“It’s been against my moral identity to tweet this for the last four years, but I hope he dies,” Zara Rahim wrote her 37,000 followers.
Ms. Rahim previously served as a national spokeswoman for Mrs. Clinton’s 2016 campaign and worked for Mr. Obama in the White House and on both of his presidential campaigns.
She also worked in top communications roles for Uber and Vogue magazine.
You would think after working in a top communications position that she would understand the ramifications of such a tweet.
Ever since Friday morning, after receiving immense backlash for her blatant insensitivity, Rahim’s Twitter account has been set to private. How stoic.

Oh, here’s another from the beloved James Woods –

Even Piers Morgan is baffled by this behavior –
Shocking & shameful.
This now deleted tweet was the reaction to President Trump testing positive for Covid-19 from @ZaraRahim – former Obama White House staffer and Hillary Clinton’s former 2016 National Spokeswoman. pic.twitter.com/FKYGGPfWf9— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) October 2, 2020
I wouldn’t expect much less from someone affiliated in advocating for Clinton’s success in any form. However, wishing ill upon someone else is nothing compared to losing one’s moral compass entirely.
That’ll be between her and the Big Guy upstairs now.
