Congrats, Seattle taxpayers. This is really going to help you out with your city’s most pressing issues.
According to the sourcelink, there’s a new training curriculum for Seattle’s city employees called “Internalized Racial Superiority for White People” and all 10,000 employees will be participating.
Wait. Scratch that. Just the white employees will be participating. THIS TRAINING CALLS FOR SEGREGATION!
No word on whether bi-racial city employees are allowed/invited.
Journalist Christopher Rufo tweeted out the details, and if you’re worried that this course sounds like yet another way to divide people and pit them against one another, congratulations, you are a normal human being who sees through all of this race baiting bullcrap.
Check out the Welcome slide of the training powerpoint slideshow:

Rufo tweeted about the program, “According to the Office of Civil Rights, white employees must process their ‘white feelings’ of “sadness, shame, paralysis, confusion, [and] denial. Then, they must take action to ‘redistribute resources, change who’s in power, [and] alter institutions.'”
So like – what if you’re a white employee who doesn’t feel sadness, shame, paralysis, confusion or denial? Is that when you get fed the ridiculous lie that if you deny your denial, that’s further proof of your white superiority?
But wait. There’s more.
In the next two “reflections,” the trainers ask the white employees how their “white fragility” is “showing up at work” and how their “white silence” causes “harm to Black people.”

Yup – there it is. The reference to Robin DiAngelo’s White Fragility. So if you thought I was bullsh*tting you when I said that book is going to infiltrate schools, companies, and government, I wasn’t.
Also, here are the characteristics that belong to racist white supremacists, according to this training.

Strive for perfection? You’re a racist. Appreciate people for their individuality? You’re a racist. Silent about things that crazy people don’t think you should be silent about? You’re a racist. Like to look at things objectively? You’re a racist.
You can look at the entire batch of course materials right here.
Thankfully, people like Christoper Rufo are taking a stand. Check out his on-point summary of this “training” and his plans to fight back.

God speed, Christopher.
