Mark Cuban Rudely Tells Fan ‘BYE’ For Opposing Kneeling During National Anthem, Immediately Gets Torched By Ted Cruz

Okay, listen; there are so many layers to this story, so pay attention.

First, we have this tweet by Mark Davis:

“I am so ready to be in on this year’s #Mavericks home stretch: so much promise, so much personality. But the minute one player kneels during the anthem, I am OUT. Surely @mcuban can lead the way for #Mavs, #NBA to do whatever gesture they wish without insulting the nation.”

Frankly, the country is divided almost down the middle on the issue of kneeling, and most Americans agree with Mark Davis’ take on kneeling. Since Texas is a Republican stronghold, it would be easy to assume Mark Cuban would understand that it is probably more like 80/20 who agree with Mark Davis.

Now since Mark Cuban is as PETTY as they come, he had to respond.

This is Mark Cuban, the guy who has Presidential dreams. Not only is the response condescending, but it alienates more than half of his audience. Does he think that all Dallas Mavericks fans believe the way the liberals do inside Dallas city limits?

Everybody jumped on the “sh*t on Mark Cuban” train because he absolutely deserved it. Mark Cuban didn’t take the barrage of insults from his critics lying down; no, a man with that much ego couldn’t possibly walk away. Instead of bowing out of the fight, Mark Cuban doubled down. He retweeted the original tweet by Mark Davis, but this time he really shoves his foot in his mouth.

Mark Cuban:

“The National Anthem Police in this country are out of control. If you want to complain, complain to your boss and ask why they don’t play the National Anthem every day before you start work.”

Because your employer playing the national anthem is the same thing as an American sporting event honoring the National Anthem and the American flag as so many players of every color and creed did before you. Being a Mavs fan, I couldn’t bring myself to unfollow him, so I muted him thinking I just needed a break. Little did I know I would miss a hissy fit of massive proportions when Ted Cruz called Mark Cuban out for being a complete imbecile.

“Really??!? NBA is telling everyone who stands for the flag, who honors our cops and our veterans, to “piss off”? In Texas, no less? Good luck with that.”

Exactly my point now isn’t it! It’s decisions like the one Mark Cuban is making by saying “BYE” to the majority of his audience that gives these “woke” CEO’s short-term gains. The problem is that no one remembers that the media and liberal elite-driven racial tension is cyclical. They put it in hyperdrive every 2-4 years, depending on the election cycle and who is running.

As soon as the status quo returns, Mark Cuban will find out what it is like to be the NFL as your ratings, advertisement, and merchandise sales suffer. You will be fine because you have your hands in so many pots, but the workers you will have to lay off won’t be.

Boycotts are powerful. We have used them since our country’s founding. Before the American Revolution, the colonists participated in their own “America First” campaign, where many agreed only to buy products made in the colonies and pledged to stop buying imported goods like tea. Liberals try to use boycotts like the one against the Goya company, but more often than not, conservatives show up and support these companies tenfold.

When conservatives fight, we do so by voting and using our purchasing power. When Liberals fight, they use bats, bombs, guns, knives, etc. 

Mark Cuban saw that Ted Cruz picked up on his tweet but was VERY mad Cruz didn’t @ him. This speaks to Mark’s character, doesn’t it? Mark Cuban is more upset that Cruz didn’t tag him in the response than he is that Ted took Mark to the woodshed.

“Have some balls for once @tedcruz. Speak to me. It’s my tweet.”

Ted Cruz:

“Yes, Mark, my communication tweeting out my response to the world was meant somehow to keep it a secret. Because you’re very scary. I’m a Rockets fan, but more than happy to cheer on the Mavericks (great team this year). It’s sad to see you telling so many Texans to ‘piss off.'”

Ted Cruz:

“Speaking of balls, tell us what you think about China. I’ll wait.”

Ted Cruz:

“Still no answer from @mcuban. Let’s try simpler. Mark, tough guy, can you say “Free Hong Kong”? Can your players put that on their jerseys? Can you condemn the CCP’s concentration camps w/ 1 million Uyghurs? Can you say ANYTHING other than “Chairman Mao is beautiful & wise”?

The answer finally came, and it was a “no, I am not going to condemn the CCP because they pay me too much for my silence,” or something like that.

Mark Cuban:

“I can say, Black Lives Matter. I can say there is systemic racism in this country. I can say there is a Pandemic that you have done little to end. I can say I care about this country first and last and..” [sic]

Mark Cuban:

“If you think I won’t criticize China and what they do as it concerns American Citizens watch this… But I have never gotten involved in the domestic policies of ANY foreign country. We have too much to do here. And… Why is it, @tedcruz, that you take such pride in standing up to and speaking truth to the Chinese, but you have no ability to stand up to and speak the truth to @realdonaldtrump?”

We can all say black lives matter. Just because we all know and understand that the Black Lives Matter organization is a propaganda arm of the DNC doesn’t mean we don’t support black Americans.

It is telling that Cuban would rather keep getting paid by the Chinese government to be complicit in their crimes against humanity than stand up for the people of China. He is a puppet with a voice. It is people like him who allow child trafficking to happen because they are so willing to turn a blind eye.

We can all look at the legislation from the ’90s created by Joe Biden and realize that it did more harm than good for the black community. We can all look at Donald Trump and thank him for being the only one to enact real criminal justice reform. We can look at Donald Trump and know he puts America before his own interests.

It is estimated that Trump lost approximately $1 Billion (with a B) during his time as President. He never takes a paycheck, and he fights for American values. On the other hand, Mark, you are slimy, woke NBA owner playing into the hands of the woke mob so you can be seen as some type of “man of the people.”

I don’t believe Mark Cuban buys into his own rhetoric. He is trying not to get canceled by the woke domestic terrorists and the CCP that he sees disrespecting our country as his way to stay safe. Cuban could have stood with Americans of all colors and creeds under the flag but, instead, he chose the loud minority.
