Cop Who Killed Dude Coming At Her With A Knife Is Sued By Dude’s Daughter

Y’all – we are in a world of hurt if this trend to destroy police forces and every police officer in them continues.

According to the sourcelink, 23-year-old LAPD officer Toni McBride, who has made a name for herself in all kinds of magazines as a “top shot” and being a total smokeshow, has been sued by the 14 year old daughter of a man she shot dead this past April.

I mean, I don’t know about y’all, but if some dude who just caused a 5 car crash and who has been reported to be cutting himself starts coming at me with a knife and an aggressive posture like that?  And I’m a cop who’s warned him three different times to drop the knife and he’s still coming?  I’m shooting that dude.  No question about it.

But because we live in a time now where every cop is basically being treated like a homicidal maniac who doesn’t deserve anything but scorn, I genuinely worry for how this is all gonna turn out for Tori McBride.

The daughter of Hernandez who’s suing McBride says the shooting was unjustified and that Tori has “reckless and homicidal propensities.”  (I mean, her LAWYER is obviously saying that, because those aren’t typically things 14 year olds say.)  And yes, McBride is known for being an excellent shot – someone who practices at the range a LOT, and someone who’s a gun enthusiast.  But does that make reckless and homicidal? Of course not.  Between the two of them – Daniel Hernandez and Tori McBride – it appears Hernandez is the one who’s reckless.

Here we go.  It’s a “black and latino thing” that they’ve been dealing with for decades, y’all.  Never mind the fact that DUDE WAS COMING AT HER WITH A FREAKING KNIFE.

The case is currently under further investigation and under review.  But just brace yourselves for more protests, riots, etc. regardless of the outcome.  Police are being denigrated and endangered more than ever before, and unless we want our entire country to descend into total chaos and lawlessness, people need to start APPRECIATING THE BLUE LINE.
