The Price is Right has never been the same to me since Bob Barker retired in 2007.
I’ve never been a fan of Drew Carey. I’m not sure why, I just don’t like the guy and never found him funny.
Now The Price is Right is going full-blown political. No more Plinko or Showcase Showdowns for me.
The Daily Wire is reporting that on May 11th, The Price is Right will air an episode featuring drag queen RuPaul raising money for Planned Parenthood.
“RuPaul will be playing to raise money for the charity Planned Parenthood,” CBS reports.

THE PRICE IS RIGHT hosted by Drew Carey will return to primetime with three new celebrity-themed THE PRICE IS RIGHT AT NIGHT specials to be broadcast in spring 2020. Building on the momentum of December’s two holiday primetime specials that featured David Boreanaz and the cast of SEAL TEAM and actor Seth Rogen, the spring specials will also feature celebrities being called to “come on down” to the iconic stage to play for charity.”
This is just gross. Of all the worthy charities we have, why pick Planned Parenthood? Plus, Planned Parenthood is NOT a charity in any conventional sense of the word. They are a baby-killing operation, first and foremost.
Life News pointed out that in 2017, RuPaul told Marie Claire magazine that his mother used to work at Planned Parenthood, stating, “Women in our culture have been so marginalized and so really beaten down. We live in a masculine-dominated culture. How dare some man tell a woman what to do with her body. That is outrageous! Outrageous. As a human, that is a big issue for me that really strikes a chord.”
Why would The Price is Right pick something that is so divisive?
It’s divisive not only in the fact that it is raising money for Planned Parenthood, but also because it is featuring a drag queen, in primetime. Definitely not family-friendly.
Can you even fathom The Price is Right picking Choose Life, Inc. or the Susan B. Anthony List as their charity? The left would go nuts. It would never, ever happen.
This, to me, is basically giving a big middle finger to half of America. You don’t want us to watch? Message taken. I will never, ever watch The Price is Right again.
