The petition to recall Gov. Whitmer went viral this week. Her lockdown measures make no sense and only serve to take liberties away from Americans. Her measures force essential businesses like greenhouses and seed stores to close all the while keeping liquor stores, weed stores, and abortion clinics open.
Michigan currently has close to 1/3 of the United States total cases for coronavirus victims.
You would think closing abortion clinics and diverting medical personnel and equipment to hard-hit hospitals would be a better use of your executive power. Murdering babies is apparently more important than saving lives.
Oh, and thank the Lord you left the liquor shops open, you know just in case Nancy Pelosi needs to visit.
It is one thing to suggest social distancing and stay at home and it is another thing to tell citizens that they cannot travel to THEIR PROPERTIES. It is not hotels or AirBnB’s where you worry about exposure, it is their own property.
This is the stuff the framers were worried about. This type of infringement of our basic rights it the reason we have the 2nd amendment. It is the reason our constitution has given us recourse for tyranny.
Unbelievable.
There is good news coming out of Michigan. Michiganders protested today to make sure Gov. Whitmer understood that their rights are not hers for the taking.
This Governor now has to watch TV as network after network picks up video coverage of the protests. She gets to see American after American stating in interviews that they will fight for their liberties. The liberties that the Governor had no authority to take.
“We’re gonna take our liberties and we’re gonna fight for them”
Protestors descend on Michigan’s capital to protest Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s lockdown orders.
