According to Page Six, Wilson and his wife are making a large donation during this time of crisis.
The singer and her Seahawks quarterback hubby posted a somber video on Instagram announcing that they are donating a million meals to Food Lifeline, a local food bank, to help with relief efforts during the Coronavirus pandemic.
In the video, Wilson notes — “People are losing loved ones. The elderly and the young. The people in between. You think about people losing jobs — even in Seattle.”
After encouraging others to donate Ciara, 34, adds: “Everything that we do together makes a difference.”
As stressful and confusing as this Chinese Virus crisis has felt, it has sure been nice to see heartwarming stories of Americans and businesses who are doing the right thing, coming together, and taking care of one another.
