How freaking convenient for him, huh?
I mean, he could just get in his car and start driving… no one said your only method of travel was by plane.
So, what are his excuses for why he missed deadlines for paperwork submissions in the child support case?
The Coronavirus is just an invisible goblin plaguing the atmosphere outside of the bubble for which he prefers, otherwise known as his home town and anywhere devoid of his responsibilities.
According to Daily Mail:
Joe Biden’s son claims it is too risky for him to travel to Arkansas from his home in Los Angeles to give a deposition on Wednesday and appear before a judge on Friday.
His wife, Melissa Cohen, is due to give birth in just 2½ weeks, and he says it would be extremely dangerous for her or their newborn to be exposed to the virus threat.
…not sure why his wife and newborn have to join him, but okay.
And if that doesn’t sway Judge Holly Meyer, the ‘intense’ media scrutiny he is under could make it impossible for her to hold a proper court hearing into former stripper Lunden Roberts’s case against him, he claims.
‘It is unsafe for (Biden) to travel, as travel restrictions have been implemented both domestically and internationally, particularly on airlines, due to the coronavirus,’ lawyer Brett Langdon wrote in his motion.
As if Hunter Biden refusing to part of his child’s life, he furthers his level of selfishness and literally categorizes this act of neglect as personal endangerment TO HIMSELF.
Someone call the whaaa-mbulance.
Oh, and of course he wants the deposition to be delayed until after the Presidential election. Hmm, no hidden agenda there.
More from Daily Mail:
Roberts gave birth in August 2018. Neither the name nor the gender of the child have been publicly released although Biden’s lawyer appears to have revealed the sex by saying a hearing now ‘cannot be in the child’s or his mother’s interests’ suggesting it is a boy.
Biden, 50, has repeatedly sought to delay hearings in the case against Roberts, angering Judge Meyer. But this time, he insists there is good reason not to go ahead.
Langdon argued that Biden’s travel to Arkansas would be ‘oppressive.’
The attorney does not explain why he waited until the 11th hour to ask for the delay. The deposition was due to start in Little Rock at 9 am on March 11. His motion to delay was filed at 12:27 pm on March 10.
His excuse before this centered around being ‘too busy,’ which I’m sure we can all attest to as complete BS. He just simply found a convenient new cop-out that happens to be headlining worldwide.
