After Attending Trump Rally, Legal Immigrant Restaurant Owners Inundated With Bad Reviews

Y’all, this is what legal immigration is supposed to look like! They came into this country the legal way and are contributing to society as business owners.

So, I’m not sure how beliefs interfere with the quality of a restaurant and it’s food…

I know Democrats don’t exactly encourage low unemployment rates but c’mon.

According to Breitbart:

Jorge and Betty Rivas, who are both U.S. nationalized citizens and owners of Sammy’s Mexican Grill in Catalina, Arizona, started receiving backlash when a screengrab of the couple standing behind Trump at the rally began circulating on the Internet.

“There have been calls as well threatening us and giving us a hard time because we support the president,” Jorge Rivas told Fox & Friends.

Despite the less-than-stellar restaurant reviews and people calling them “evil racists,” business has started to pick up again at the restaurant.

“The first day, a couple of days, it goes down, but like yesterday, we had a very good day,” Jorge Rivas said. “

People know that anyone as an American has a right to support whoever they want, they come out and support us in a way that has turned out to be pretty good, thankfully.”

So long as it isn’t a place that cooks cats and dogs, the employees wash their hands before handling my food, and they don’t scoop the food back on to the plate after it fell to the kitchen floor and continue to serve it to me (yes, I’ve seen this happen at other restaurants), then vote for whoever you freaking please.

For instance, if my waiter happened to be wearing a Bloomberg button on his or her apron, had me sign the receipt with a Bloomberg pen, and talked down about President Trump, my judgment of the restaurant, the food, and the atmosphere would be strictly contingent on the quality therein. I would have my own opinionated internal dialogue, sure, but I would move on with my life.

If you don’t agree with the beliefs that others hold, just walk down the street to another Mexican restaurant. Lord knows Arizona is filled with tons of Mexican restaurants. However, please keep in mind that, just because the owners don’t announce their presidential pick to be Trump, doesn’t mean it isn’t.
