Mitch McConnell is the bomb. I can’t believe I’m even saying that about an old, white dude from Kentucky. But, for real!
Whether it’s Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, or somebody else, the nominee for president on the Democratic side is going to be on a path to change America into a socialist country. We are not going to let that happen. Donald Trump is still in the White House, and as long as I am Majority Leader of the Senate, I get to set the agenda. That’s why I call myself the Grim Reaper. We will not have the Green New Deal and we will not have Medicare-For-None as long as I’m Majority Leader of the Senate.
He is the GRIM REAPER. I love it! Cocaine Mitch is our firewall! And based on his performance in defending President Trump from impeachment, I trust his word.
After watching the Democratic debates, it is easy to feel worried and fearful for this country should one of these lunatics win the presidency.
Granted, some (Sanders) are scarier than others (Bloomberg). But, to varying degrees, they are all awful.
So long as Republicans hold the Senate, and Mitch is in charge, we at least know the damage will be limited and no major left-wing agenda items will pass.
