Uh, does Spike Lee know that he isn’t God and therefore is completely irrelevant in deciding anyone else’s judgment day outcomes?
Any words about that, REVEREND?
The Daily Wire reported:
Academy Award-winning filmmaker and far-left activist Spike Lee told MSNBC’s Al Sharpton that senators will “burn in hell” if they acquit Trump.
So many extreme statements are being made… from Trump being the second coming of Hitler, to the Republican Party being Nazis, and somehow the results of the Iowa caucus comprises of insensitivity to children in cages?
Now, enduring an impeachment hearing objectively is worthy of burning in hell? Cool.
Evil Knievel couldn’t make these leaps, but I digress.
More from The Daily Wire:
“Let me ask you a question,” Lee said, as reported by Fox News. “Did they have to put their hands on the Bible when they took the vow?”
“I don’t know if they had a Bible out there but I think that they had the Bible up on the podium,” Sharpton responded. “Why do you ask?”
Erupting into laughter, Lee answered, “They’re going to burn in hell if they put their hand on that Bible.”
Maybe Reverend Al Sharpton could have corrected Spike Lee with, in accordance with that particular faith, how one could end up burning in hell.
Thinking differently in the political arena isn’t one of them, sorry pal.
