Judge Sullivan Reschedules Sentencing Date After Flynn Moves To Withdraw Guilty Plea

On Thursday, Judge Sullivan responded to Flynn’s request to withdraw his guilty plea. The sentencing court date was scheduled for January 28th, but it’s now rescheduled for February 27th.  Importantly, if Sullivan allows Flynn to withdraw his guilty plea, the sentencing (jail time recommended by the DOJ) will likely be abandoned and this case may go to trial.

From Fox News: Flynn’s move on Tuesday to withdraw his guilty plea came just days after the Justice Department reversed course to recommend up to six months of prison time in his case, alleging he was not fully cooperating or accepting responsibility for his actions.

In the stunning court filing, his legal team said he moved to withdraw his plea “because of the government’s bad faith, vindictiveness, and breach of the plea agreement.”

“The prosecution has shown abject bad faith in pure retaliation against Mr. Flynn since he retained new counsel,” Flynn’s attorneys wrote in the filing. “This can only be because, with new, unconflicted counsel, Mr. Flynn refused to lie for the prosecution.”

The filing continued: “Justice is not a game, and there should be no room for such gamesmanship in the Department of Justice.”

I have five fundamental questions for Flynn’s prosecution team at the Department of Justice.

1. What will the Obama cronies do if this goes to trial? I mean, common sense tells me that if this goes to trial, the prosecution will need to seriously fess up to what happened with the 302s. Right?

2. Who approved the FISA warrants to spy on Flynn? The recent I.G. report made it very clear how Trump and his campaign were spied upon. How about we start talking about the illegal FISAs that were approved to spy on Flynn?

General Flynn was spied on while he was was transitioning into the duly-elected government of the United States, then the classified logs were leaked to the Washington Post and used to frame him for a crime he didn't commit

3. And let’s move onto the topic of CRIMINAL PREDICATES, shall we? I’m no lawyer, but y’all probably know better than me that all criminal prosecutions require a valid (wait for it…) P R E D I C A T E.

Let’s talk about how the original 302’s provide evidence that Flynn didn’t lie, but a couple of FBI-lover-hacks, Page, and Strzok, took it upon themselves to mess around and edit the 302s to say otherwise?

4. Who is Van Grack? Sidney Powell now has evidence that he pushed General Flynn to commit perjury!???  Watch this:

Attorney Sidney Powell joined Lou Dobbs on Wednesday to discuss the government’s case against General Michael Flynn.

Powell has been representing General Flynn since last summer. On Wednesday, Sidney Powell broke the news that her team has found evidence of the Deep State Prosecutor Brandon Van Grack committed subornation of perjury by pushing General Michael Flynn to commit perjury on the court.

Sidney Powell: “What I am seeing and finding by the day is an absolute outrage. What my three colleagues found before coming over here is that Mr. Van Grack actually changed the language in the statement of offense they created against General Flynn and knew that. So when he tried to… when he said last summer that he wanted Flynn to testify to something he knew because he did it himself that it wasn’t true. And if that isn’t subornation of perjury, I don’t know what is… And now they want to punish him (General Flynn) for not lying in his sentencing.”

Thursday night, @Techno_Fog released the following documents illustrating how Mueller Special Counsel (Van Grack) made it “his purview” to delete the plea deal language:

5. If the Russian Hoax is now debunked, why the heck are we still having this conversation anyway? What is this DOJ prosecution team thinking? Do they think the American people are stupid or what?  This whole corrupt ordeal deserves a whopper of a boomerang, and we need to start asking these morons why there was a 302 submitted on Flynn, to begin with! Right??
