Planned Parenthood Sells Aborted Baby Parts And Now Sues Those Who Exposed Them For Millions

Sandra Merritt and David Daleiden of The Center For Medical Progress have both worked undercover and helped bring Planned Parenthood’s works of darkness to light.  Much of their work began during the 2012 Presidential election when numerous videos of Planned Parenthood’s unethical and inhumane activity were released — albeit very quickly disregarded and shut down as conspiracy theories. While the story may have conveniently disappeared across much of the media, Planned Parenthood’s legal cases made against the undercover journalists who caught them on video, are cases that have not gone away and have been brewing ever since.

Merritt is a brave soul who helped Daleiden expose the abortion giant’s brutal, merciless, and greedy business of selling aborted baby parts. She exposed Planned Parenthood practices — those in which they’ve claimed they don’t participate. Merritt captured undercover footage showing their executives haggling over the price tags of baby body parts. She caught them cherry-picking arms and legs and body parts that would yield the best profits for Planned Parenthood, all while discussing ways that the company should and could alter their abortion methods to obtain better quality body parts for sale.

If history treats Merritt and Daleiden fairly, they will go down as two of the most profound whistleblowers in American history. Let’s talk about the irony of “protecting and believing whistleblowers,” shall we?

In July 2019: Merritt asked the courts to dismiss the bogus charges against her for exposing Planned Parenthood.

To date, Planned Parenthood has been working very hard, fighting to hide evidence of their selling fetal tissue.  And now, in November: in a move that could only happen in 2019, the company that has sold aborted baby organs for profit, is attempting to sue Merritt for millions.

On Tuesday morning, November 12, 2019, Liberty Counsel Chief Litigation Counsel Harry Mihet will be making his closing argument to a jury in a San Francisco federal courtroom. The jury begins deliberating Wednesday, November 13th.

Planned Parenthood is targeting Sandra, but the truth about its ghastly baby body parts business came out–sometimes unexpectedly—in this long and complex trial. During the trial jurors learned that . . .

A Planned Parenthood affiliate indicated it was willing to “move forward” with a plan to sell livers from aborted children for “$750 per fetal liver.” That exorbitant fee directly contradicts then-Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards. After the explosive undercover videos exposing the abortion chain came out in July 2015, Richards claimed in an interview that the abortion chain “makes zero profit on any fetal tissue donation.” Any reimbursement, she said, is for “simply costs.” Right. 750 dollars in “costs” per human liver cut from a little baby. And this after the abortion chain has already collected 500 dollars to pay for the abortion itself.

A former board director of the Center for Medical Progress testified that fetal tissue procurement firm Advanced Bioscience Resources (ABR) supplied baby scalps to researchers.ABR has harvested tissue and organs from babies killed at Planned Parenthood facilities. The former board director told the court, “They were scalping the babies and taking their scalps and grafting them on to immune-suppressed mice.” The purpose was to study the effectiveness of pharmaceuticals in treating baldness.

Sandra’s colleague, David Daleiden, told the court about the cruel abuse of living babies inside Planned Parenthood killing centers. He said Dr. Teresa Deisher, a Stanford Ph.D., “told me that the most horrific aspect of fetal experimentation is that most . . . of the organ and tissue demand would require . . . fetuses delivered alive from the abortion, fetuses delivered intact and alive, to harvest the body parts with the freshness and the viability.”

And in the case of a “Langendorff perfusion study” done at Stanford, Daleiden told the court, it was necessary “to have a heart that was still beating, because you’d cut it out of a living fetus.”

On November 5, 2019, Advanced Bioscience Resource’s Procurement Manager and CEO both took the witness stand in a court case where ABR swore under oath that they receive intact fetuses from abortions for organ harvesting and that they’ve partnered with Planned Parenthood.

Then ask yourself why Clinton and Cuomo lit up NYC in pink once full-term abortion and infanticide were legalized in NY…and then ask yourself why all Dems in office now support infanticide as a woman’s right to choose.

I don’t know about you, but my heart tells me that most humans would like to believe that these types of bloody evil empires exist only in the darkest of awful movies – those that portray the plot of evil characters who reside over totalitarian governments that carry out genocide. But this has been happening and continues to happen in Obama’s and Hillary’s liberally-minded-hope-for-change-forward-together-America.

It’s happening in the same America where Obama proclaimed “God Bless Planned Parenthood” at a fundraising gala in 2013. This is happening in the same America where many women consider all of the above to be their right to choose, and they expect taxpayers to fund it.  It’s happening in the same America where many women and politicians fully support full-term abortion and infanticide — so much so that they celebrated and cheered and lit up New York City in pink lights when New York became the first state to legalize all of the above. And yet, what’s so perplexing is that it’s happening in the same America where many of these same feminists have been brainwashed to believe that Trump is “Hitler” and full-term abortion and infanticide is a constitutional right and considered women’s healthcare.

Final arguments for the Merritt versus Planned Parenthood case (that launched in September) take place on Tuesday 11/12/19, and the case goes to the jury on Wednesday. A verdict could come anytime—possibly this week.  If Planned Parenthood wins, Sandra will be required to pay them millions – for the “crime” of exposing the truth.

Sandra Merritt needs the help of thousands of prayer warriors’ thoughts and hopes and prayers.  I would like to believe that most Americans are hoping for change and that Planned Parenthood does not win this case.
