The Plot Thickens: Flynn Attorney Sidney Powell Demands DOJ Turn Over Phones Used by “Russian Agent” Mifsud

Michael Flynn’s legal counsel, Sidney Powell, has identified two phones belonging to JOSEPH MIFSUD. Mifsud — the infamous the Professor and “RUSSIAN AGENT” — who helped ignite the Russia Probe.

The two Mifsud phones likely contain exculpatory evidence buried by the Deep State. Evidence that was held back from General Flynn’s case in the Deep State’s fraudulent plot to take down Donald Trump.

It’s looking more and more like Mueller’s Special Counsel KNOWINGLY had Mifsud’s phones. Phones holding evidence that likely prove Flynn’s innocence, but they moved to prosecute Flynn anyway — ALL IN their fully corrupt effort to take down Trump.

Powell has said that the investigation of Flynn was improper, specifically that he was targeted (likely as early as 2014) for “concocted and political purposes.”

In Powell’s view, it seems, there was never a proper reason to open an investigation on Flynn. The FBI, therefore, had no business interviewing him, and the charge against him must be dismissed.

Powell has argued that the government failed to supply evidence that would undermine its predicate for probing Flynn, and, as such, the case should be dismissed for failure to produce the exculpatory information. At the very least, new prosecutors willing to produce the evidence should be appointed, she said.

Powell had requested dozens of pieces of evidence in an Aug. 30, 2019, court filing to back up her argument. On Oct. 1, the prosecutors responded by refusing to produce anything in response to the request. Instead, they labeled Powell’s suspicions as “conspiracy theories.”

The phones, two BlackBerry models, “only recently” came into the government’s possession, said Flynn’s lawyer, Sidney Powell, a former prosecutor, in an Oct. 15 court filing (pdf).

Powell is asking for two BlackBerry phones that were used by Western intelligence asset Joseph Mifsud, the “Maltese Professor” who allegedly told Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos that the Russians had thousands of Hillary Clinton’s emails.

Powell argued in court last month that the entire prosecution against Flynn should be “dismissed for egregious government misconduct and long-time suppression” of exculpatory evidence. Powell told Judge Emmett Sullivan that the prosecution had failed to disclose documents that exonerated Flynn from being a Russian agent before he signed his plea deal.

In Tuesday’s court filing, Powell alleged that the two phones were used by Mifsud to set Flynn up “with certain Russians” as early as 2014.

Was Mifsud was a Russian agent as Mueller INSINUATED? Was his phone a U.S. phone? But…but… if Mifsud is a “Russian Agent” as Mr. Mueller assured us, then how in the world did the DOJ obtain his phones? BADA BAM BADA BOOM.

General Flynn was not the only innocent victim of this heinously corrupt act by the Deep State, they framed George Papadopoulos as well.

With the new info coming out from Flynn’s lawyers regarding Mifsud working for the FBI, I hope either the @washingtonpost demands an apology from Comey for spreading propaganda in its paper, or to remove his op-Ed where he characterized me working with a “Russian agent” (Mifsud).

IF Mueller and team had Mifsud’s PHONES and they didn’t turn them over…IF THAT IS TRUE…do, you know what that means for America?
