DROP EVERYTHING, it is officially Fat Bear Week at Katmai National Park & Reserve in Alaska.
For the fifth year in a row, the park (which is home to over 2,000 brown bears) is having a voting-based competition to pick the chonkiest chonker on their reserve. Voting takes place on their Facebook page, with a regularly updated bracket.

If, like me, you struggle to rank one thicc bear over another, there’s a live cam to tune into instead. I’m currently watching a fuzzy boi hanging out in a river– ostensibly fishing, but he’s not doing very well. But there’s definitely fish there, I’m seeing them jumping out of the water up the falls.
I vote we all pick a live cam to watch instead of the next Democratic primary debate.
