Did y’all see the SNL sketch of the Democrat Debate? If you missed it, catch up right here. You’re gonna need the context in order to understand why I’m about to praise Kamala.
But just to give you the short version of a longer story, Maya Rudolph played Kamala in the SNL sketch, and poked fun at how Kamala told Joe Biden in one of the earlier Democrat Debates that there was the “little girl in California who was part of the second class to integrate her public schools, and she was bused to school every day.”
She went on to say, “And that little girl was me.”
It was one of those viral moment thingies – a stand out moment from the debate that people remembered.
In the SNL sketch, Maya Rudolph mocked the crap out of it. And it was hilarious. And here is Kamala’s response:
That girl being played by @MayaRudolph on @nbcsnl?
That girl was me. pic.twitter.com/btmrzJnm6u

It doesn’t get more perfect than that, y’all. And I like to give credit where it’s due. That was EXACTLY the right way to respond, and Kamala showed that she has a little snark in her, instead of only being a cackling, awkward weirdo.
I mean, she’s obviously still a hypocritical fear-mongering jerk and I don’t want her to ever be president, but this was a good tweet.
Well done, Kamala. Well done, indeed.
