AOC’s New Challenger Should Make Her Very Nervous

Alexandria Ocasio Cortez calls ANYONE who doesn’t kiss her behind either misogynistic or racist.

I’m really, REALLY looking forward then, to seeing what card she’s going to pull on her possible Republican opponent.

Scherie Murray is a New York businesswoman who immigrated from Jamaica as a child. She’s a woman, she’s an immigrant, and she’s black.

YIKES, Alexandria. That trumps a lot of your go-to cards, doesn’t it?

According to Fox News:

Scherie Murray, a New York businesswoman who immigrated from Jamaica as a child and is active in state Republican politics, is launching a campaign Wednesday for the congressional seat held by Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Fox News has learned.

In a phone interview, Murray, 38, confirmed her intention to run for the New York congressional seat as a Republican.

“There is a crisis in Queens, and it’s called AOC,” Murray told Fox News. “And instead of focusing on us, she’s focusing on being famous. Mainly rolling back progress and authoring the job-killing Green New Deal and killing the Amazon New York deal.”

If AOC’s district doesn’t vote for Scherie, they’re clearly way more interested in the letter next to someone’s name than electing someone who will actually do something for them.

Unlike bar tender AOC, Scherie has been working on making NYC a better, stronger, safer place to live.

She’s amazing. I’m excited to see where this goes.
