Man Who Sent White Powder Substance To Don Jr. Won’t See Jail Time

In February 2018, 25-year-old Daniel Frisiello sent a threatening letter filled with a white substance to Don Jr. Vanessa Trump opened the letter and was ultimately hospitalized. We wrote about it as it was happening. The letter read, “You are an awful, awful person. I am surprised that your father lets you speak on TV. You are the family idiot, Eric looks smart.”

Other recipients included President Trump’s other son, Eric Trump, actor Antonio Sabato Jr. and Democratic U.S. Sen. Debbie Stabenow of Michigan.

They determined that the white powder was cornstarch, but still. How scary is that? She didn’t know.

Thankful that Vanessa & my children are safe and unharmed after the incredibly scary situation that occurred this morning. Truly disgusting that certain individuals choose to express their opposing views with such disturbing behavior.

Well get this: Dude’s not going to prison.

Daniel Frisiello, 25, of Beverly, was sentenced to five years of probation, with one year to serve in home detention with location monitoring and restitution, law enforcement sources told Fox News.

The judge’s reason for not sending him to the slammer? The judge thought he “would not respond well to incarceration.”

YEAH WELL WHO DOES?

Frisiello’s lawyer has said the man is developmentally disabled. But Groton stressed the sentence wasn’t “lenient”

Frisiello thanked Groton and said the past year has been “hell” for his family. Prosecutors objected to the sentence.
