Meghan McCain’s Fiery Response to ‘View’ Critic Goes Viral: ‘My Gift to the Internet’

I have my disagreements with Meghan McCain. I’ve been honest about them.

Despite that, for the most part, I think she’s done a fantastic job bringing a Conservative perspective into ‘The View.’ She’s put Joy Reid in her place more than once, and seldom lets the liberal talking points spew unchallenged. (Unless of course, it’s a personal Trump attack. She clearly doesn’t like him.)

So because of that, I was slightly surprised when a writer for The Federalist seemed to call her “a mental midget.”

Seems kind of harsh, right?

According to Fox News:

Meghan McCain coined the Internet’s new favorite meme on Tuesday when she issued a six-word comeback to a critic of “The View” – who, in a dramatic twist, had apparently attended McCain’s wedding.

The daytime talk show co-host responded to a tweet from Denise McAllister, a contributor for The Federalist, a conservative website founded by McCain’s husband, that slammed “The View” hosts as “delusional mental midgets.”

“Can someone explain to me the purpose of The View? It seems to me to be a roundtable of delusional mental midgets ricocheting ignorance and lack of emotional regulation,” she wrote, above a picture of Meghan and a post about how she’s having an “existential crisis.”

Meghan’s response is going VIRAL:

Sure, that makes sense, and I actually agree with her. I don’t know how she puts up with those women.
