Jim Acosta Is Almost Giddy That Trump Didn’t Make A Deal

I didn’t think anything super huge would come out of Trump’s second summit with Kim Jong-un. Again– it’s a miracle that they are even MEETING. How quickly we forget the historical significance of that alone.

In the very least, I thought we’d get a formal declaration ending the Korean War, but nada.

“Sometimes you have to walk and I think that was one of these times,” Trump said at a press conference.

“We had some options,” he added. “At this time we decided not to do any of the options. We’ll see where that goes.”

In other words, you’ve got to know when to hold ’em. Know when to fold ’em. Know when to walk away. And know when to run. You never count your money when you’re sittin’ at the table. There’ll be time enough for countin’ when the dealin’s done.

Guess who’s almost giddy that Trump didn’t reach a deal? Jim Acosta.

It’s all part of the deal-making process. The reality is, you don’t always strike a deal immediately. It’s a tango. How does Acosta not know this?

I’d also like to point out that Acosta and the rest of MSM would be wetting themselves if someone like Obama participated in not one but TWO summits with North Korean leadership. They’d be all, “OMG it doesn’t even matter what happens, because this is SO AMAZING that NK is even TALKING to us. Wowowow Obama is literally a demi-god and I need a selfie with him so bad OMG.”

You know it’s true.
