We previously told you about how Virginia Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax is threatening to sue the conservative website Big League Politics (the same website that published the photo from Northam’s med school yearbook) over a sexual assault allegation.

I have no idea what took place or who REALLy got the ball rolling on this story, but would I put it past Northam? Nope. Think about it– it takes pressure off of his “blackface” problems. People are busy talking about Fairfax instead of him.
