Federal Judge Blocks Census Citizenship Question

This is absolutely ridiculous.

It turns out America isn’t allowed to know how many AMERICANS live in our own country.

According to the Washington Times:

A federal judge on Tuesday blocked the Trump administration from asking about citizenship on the 2020 census, ruling that the government cut too many corners in its decision-making on adding the question in.

The ruling is a serious blow to President Trump, whose campaign has repeatedly bragged about the controversial question’s inclusion.

Judge Jesse M. Furman, an Obama appointee to the bench, rejected immigrant-rights groups’ claims that the question was motivated by racism or other nefarious motives, saying those claims went unproved.

But he did say Commerce Secretary Alex Acosta, who oversees the Census Bureau, ignored the advice of experts who said adding the question in could frighten people from taking part in the 2020 count.

I’m sorry… so we’re not allowed to know how many CITIZENS we have in this country because some NON CITIZENS who are here ILLEGALLY may be scared to get found out?

REALLY?

Here’s the problem: Census numbers determine REPRESENTATION. ILLEGAL ALIENS SHOULD NOT GET REPRESENTATION IN CONGRESS.

THAT is why the Democrats are fighting so hard against this. Areas with many illegal immigrants are almost always blue. Counting all these people WHO SHOULD NOT BE COUNTED towards the total gives them more Democrat Representatives in Congress. It’s that simple.
