I’m actually looking forward to it. It’s not every day that the President of the United States gives a prime-time address in the midst of a government shutdown and border security crisis.
What will happen? Will President Trump do something big, like declare a national emergency?
Hallie Jackson asked Vice President Mike Pence. He won’t say for sure, but it’s on the table.

There you have it. It’s on the table. He could very well declare a national emergency. I know he’d rather get this done through Congress, but Pelosi and Schumer aren’t going to budge. That much is clear. $116 billion a year on illegals? No problem! $5 billion for a wall? OUTRAGEOUS!
