You know it’s a bad sign when your state’s new governor mentions giving sanctuary to illegal immigrants during his inauguration speech. That’s exactly what Gavin Newsom did.

Messed up.
There are a few sane people left in California. They don’t want their state to be a place of refuge for lawbreakers. One dissenter made his thoughts known DURING the ceremony.
“I object!” a man shouted from the audience. “Blood is on your hands! Shame on you!”
The man continued to shout, but the crowd tried to overwhelm him by shouting “Gavin! Gavin!”

I’m not into protesters who interrupt at events like that. It’s not my style, but I totally understand people feeling the need to protest Newsom’s ridiculous pro-sanctuary stance. It puts the people of California at risk. He’s putting illegals above citizens. That is not OK.
