Brenda Snipes RESCINDS Her Resignation -Lawyers Up After Governor Scott’s Suspension

UUUUGH UUGH UGH UGH UGH.

SO – as I mentioned a few days back, Broward County’s corrupt and ENTIRELY INCOMPETENT Supervisor of Elections put in her resignation effective January 4th – but Governor Rick Scott decided that wasn’t soon enough – and suspended her effective immediately.

“After a series of inexcusable actions, it’s clear that there needs to be an immediate change in Broward County and taxpayers should no longer be burdened by paying a salary for a supervisor of elections who has already announced resignation,” he said in a statement last Friday.

Well- Snipes saw this as an opportunity to juice a little cash out of Florida – because of course she did.

This troll is after the state’s money. That’s all there is to this.

Broward County elections supervisor Brenda Snipes has returned.

In a stunning announcement Saturday, the scandal-prone Democrat official rescinded her scheduled Jan. 4 resignation and vowed to remain at her post for however long is necessary to defend herself.

Why? To battle Florida Gov. Rick Scott, who had responded to her unexpected resignation by suspending her over her “multiple violations of Florida law, incompetence and neglect of duty.”

THIS WOMAN KNOWS NO SHAME.

A day after Scott’s announcement, Snipes and her attorney responded by holding a press conference to rescind her upcoming resignation and announce she’ll be “fighting this to the very end.”

“We believe these actions are malicious, we believe that the allegations that are set forth in the governor’s executive order are done for the purposes of embarrassing Dr. Snipes — embarrassing her and tarnishing her record, and we will be fighting this,” attorney Burnadette Norris-Weeks said.

“In addition to that, Dr. Snipes hereby rescinds her resignation that was set forth which would have been effective on the fourth of January.”

GTFO – Brenda Snipes SHOULD be embarrassed.

She’s saying she’s doing this because she’s “worried her replacement will corrupt the elections process.”
