
As President Trump and Sarah Sanders alluded to before, there will be new ground rules for White House press conferences moving forward. It’s been unclear how intense those rules would be. That is, until now.
They’re as follows:
These really aren’t new rules. They were believed to be understood. That is, before Jim Acosta screwed it up for everyone.

Not much change here. After all, there's long been a discretionary second question at briefings. Sometimes — many times — @PressSec grants them, sometimes she does not.
