I mentioned a few days ago, when Alyssa Milano vowed never again to speak at the Women’s March because of their anti-Semitic ties, that it may have been the first and only time I would ever give Alyssa Milano any credit for anything.
I lied.
Michael Avenatti was arrested on felony Domestic Violence charges last night, and Alyssa realized this wasn’t about “sides.” This was about a man allegedly punching a woman in the face.
Michael Avenatti, who became famous for representing Stormy Daniels in her battle with President Trump, has been arrested for felony domestic violence … law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
Our law enforcement sources say Avenatti was arrested Wednesday after a woman filed a felony DV report. We’re told her face was “swollen and bruised” with “red marks” on both cheeks.
It was later confirmed that the victim was NOT his estranged wife – as originally reported.
HOWEVER – It is important to note that this doesn’t mean the incident didn’t HAPPEN. It means it didn’t happen TO HIS WIFE.
Update: We can confirm that Michael Avenatti (DOB: 02-16-71) was booked this afternoon on a felony domestic violence charge (273.5 PC). His bail is set at $50,000.

This was enough for Alyssa:
Totally disgusting. And before anyone asks me, yes, I’m disavowing Avenatti. I do not care what side he’s on. #Basta https://t.co/sHK1PggVsj

Good on her. This IS NOT about sides.
Avenatti has always been scum. I wouldn’t want anything to do with him in the first place. And she’s EXACTLY right. I would be wary any Republican who found himself in the same situation.
But people are REEEALLY ticked off at Alyssa, because you know… Avenatti was supposed to be our PRESIDENT.
Seriously?? Wow! I’m really surprised by your rush to judgment. Guess he’s not valuable to you anymore? I prefer to wait for facts before publicly disavowing and shaming someone. Might want to delete this tweet and hold tight a bit.

I’m not a fan of Michael Avenatti. And I believe victims should be given the utmost deference.
But I would be a slow to judge on this one. I don’t know if Avenatti did it or didn’t. But I do know that alt-right trolls have been trying to set-up political figures on the left.

“Believe all women” …or call them alt-right trolls. Whatever.
And listen – I get it – we shouldn’t be quick to assume someone’s guilty of everything they’re ever accused of. But here’s a question: how many of these people stood up for Kavanaugh?
Before anyone judges Mr. Avenatti he deserves the same due process that everyone in America is entitled to. He has been an advocate of protecting immigrant children for FREE. He is the reason Michael Cohen is speaking to Mueller. Trump, Fox, and GOP hate him and this stinks!!

DUE PROCESS? That’s a new one.
I read it’s on SUSPICION of, NOT proven (yet) abuse. Has it changed? I don’t want to condemn the guy into I have more facts. I don’t like being judge, jury and executioner.

Again… what about Kavavanugh? Where were y’all then?
Where are the facts? You know the truth. We don’t want another good man discarded as Franken was. Let’s wait & see.

“A good man.” LOLOLOLOLOLOL.
Also how exactly has he been protecting children other than doing self-serving interviews?
Sorry, Avenatti set the new rules. His career should be over just based on the allegation. Truth is immaterial. He wanted to sink a judge with specious unsubstantiated claims. Not only is he in the same boat he has actually been ARRESTED.

Believe all women. Y’all set the bar. Now you gotta stick to it.
