I Legitimately Hope This Woman Dies Alone OMG

So… I have news. I got engaged over the weekend. Yes, I’m THRILLED. And yes, I LOVE my ring.

Of course, I’m not sure if I LOVE my ring because the LOVE OF MY LIFE gave it to me… or if I love my ring because it’s ABSOLUTE PURE PERFECTION. It’s a “chicken or the egg,” situation you know?

YES, I absolutely adore my ring – but I’m pretty certain I would absolutely adore ANY ring my love gave me… because I love HIM.

Apparently, not everyone feels this way.  One chick’s post is going VIRAL after “ring shaming” her boyfriend… BEFORE he even gave her a ring!

She literally posted it on a RING SHAMING site.

Can I just say I think this is a lovely ring… but that doesn’t even MATTER. What matters is her a-hole attitude.

Sure… maybe the ring isn’t her style, and that’s fine. But finding it in her boyfriend’s nightstand, then posting it on the internet for people to “roast?!”

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

According to this: 

A soon-to-be fiancée was slammed online after she discovered her engagement ring in her boyfriend’s belongings and complained about it on Facebook — before the proposal even happened.

After the unidentified woman found the ring in his nightstand, she uploaded a photo in a “ring shaming” Facebook group, a community dedicated to criticizing engagement baubles, Yahoo reported.

WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL?!

“Ewwwww. Self shame Friday here I come,” she wrote. “Found this in the BF’s nightstand. Not a fan.”

She then asked fellow members to join in on roasting her ring and solicited advice for how to tell her boyfriend to “tactfully” get a different diamond.

“Tactfully?!” HERE’S A START! How about DO NOT POST IT ON THE INTERNET TO MOCK?!?!

Like… how much of an ungrateful JERK can you BE?!

Holy CRAP.

Again – this has nothing to do with her not being thrilled with her ring. I think that’s fair – everyone has a different style, and you’re going to be wearing it for the rest of your life. You should love your ring – and love your man enough to be able to have a conversation with HIM about it. You know – AFTER he actually asks you to marry him.

But this?

This goes way, WAY beyond that.

I REALLY HOPE this dude finds out what kind of person he’s dealing with before he’s stuck with her forever.
