Liberal PEACH Tries To Convince Me The ‘Blue Wave’ TOTALLY Happened.

Jack chose to come at me from his “alternate” account, because he didn’t want his NONSENSE clogging up his “main account,” obviously.

…as do CNN’s Jake Tapper and Van Jones. They’re CRUSHED that the “Blue Wave” didn’t happen.

“Jack,” however, seems to think it DID.

Dems got the house under a far right president. My republican state of Kansas just voted blue across the board. The blue wave reached where it needed to, minus perhaps Texas (and possibly Florida (senate). I mean, what would you have reasonably considered a substantial blue wave?

What “Jack” doesn’t seem to understand is that NO ONE IS SHOCKED THAT DEMOCRATS TOOK THE HOUSE.

NOT ONE PERSON.

DEMOCRATS ARE HISTORICALLY EXPECTED TO TAKE THE HOUSE UNDER A REPUBLICAN PRES.

It’s just how politics work. Jack doesn’t seem to know this.

I mean, the entire country was never turning blue. That was never a realistic projection. Any ‘blue’ or ‘red’ wave would’ve happened in portions, breaking trends in sided states. The country just stayed rather polarized, I wouldn’t call it heartbreaking. The house win was huge.

But Van Jones ABSOLUTELY DID.

Why? BECAUSE THIS WAS NOT A BLUE WAVE, OMG!

Does that account for Cruz, Kemp, Blackburn, etc? What about youth voter turnout? How does that compare to the 2014 midterms? Again, taking the house was a large step forward for dems. You can attribute it to previous trends if you want, but that’s a fact.

Was the blue wave combatted by any sort of red wave, then? Or did the country remain JUST as polarized? If you want to continue with that logic, then I guess neither side has gone anywhere. We’re still just as divided, except with the dems taking over half of congress.
