David Schwimmer Offers Up An Alibi

This is HILARIOUS, you guys.

Earlier today, the internet ERUPTED when we all noticed this thief looked kiiiiiiinda familiar.

According to this:

When police in Blackpool, England, posted a surveillance video photo of the man suspected of stealing a jacket, wallet and cellphone from a restaurant, they never expected the more than 140,000 responses on their Facebook page.
“Do you recognise this man? We want to speak to him in relation to a theft at a Blackpool restaurant on the 20th September,” the caption read.

In no time, the consensus was that it just had to be the “Friends” star or Ross, the character he played on the popular sitcom that aired from 1994 until its finale in 2004.

He’ll be there for you, ‘cuz you’re there for him toooo. You know what I mean?

Yes. This looks EXACTLY like David Schwimmer. I mean DANG. That Ross money musta run dry…

But anyway… in a move that just made this all A BILLION times better… David Schwimmer has offered up an alibi.

Officers, I swear it wasn’t me.

Aaaand he’s not lying. Blackpool police confirmed that Schwimmer was NOT in the UK at the time of the alleged crime.
