Elizabeth Warren is OBVIOUSLY running for president.
How do I know for SURE?
Because she’s trying to clear up that whole “I’m an Indian” thing.
She released some DNA tests that “proved” she’s 1/1024, or 0.098% Native American. WOWOWOWOW. In our FACE.
Anyway… so the DNA test basically proves she’s a liar. No one in their right MIND thinks being 1/1024th Native American makes you an indian.
But she doesn’t care… she’s still pushing this crap.
So she released a video of her family being OUTRAGED that Trump would disrespect her family’s (fake) legacy:
My family (including Fox News-watchers) sat together and talked about what they think of @realDonaldTrump’s attacks on our heritage. And yes, a famous geneticist analyzed my DNA and concluded that it contains Native American ancestry. pic.twitter.com/r3SNzP22f8

…FFS.
Basically it’s RUUUUUUDE to call out Warren’s lies, because her grandmother is dead and can’t defend herself.
Or something.
I never expected my family’s story to be used as a racist political joke, but I don’t take any fight lying down. I want you to have the power to fight lies with the truth, so here’s a new site for you to review every document for yourself. https://t.co/900SsAMNjb

“I never expected my family’s story to be used as a racist political joke.”
Sooo… A- it’s NOT your family’s story, because it’s not TRUE. and B- it’s not RACIST, because the joke is that you’re lying about being something you’re not.
It’s not working:
If anything your little test proved you may be .2% Hispanic. Anyone can go back 10 generations and “find” or assume some heritage. Your failed attempt here just proved you are 99.8% white. Lol#Dumb #Pocahontas #Fauxahontas

It’s not about DNA. What nation claims you?
— Merritt Baer (@MerrittBaer) October 15, 2018
Yes, she did, Cherokee specifically. Warren even allowed herself to be included as a minority in a directory of law professors and got a recipe published in a Native recipe book called Powwow Chow.

Powwow Chow, folks.
I cannot.
Seriously, can we talk about how Warren did the biggest disservice to Natives by doing this? It’s just upholding the idea that DNA has anything to do with being Native. Kinship ties mmkay! #ElizabethWarren https://t.co/PARZDa6iEq

PS can we talk about that Daily Beast headline?!
YES, she is 1/1024, or 0.098% Native American.
I guess Daily Beast is reinstituting a “one-drop rule,” huh? https://t.co/p2l0YtZvFE

Gross.
