I’m a fan of political memes. You can mock them and say they’re a product of millennials and our notoriously short attention-span, but if we want to win over more MILLENNIALS, we need to speak their language. As much as I love to read a big fat article filled with facts, reason and logic, that’s not our world anymore. We live in an instant-gratification/soundbite culture. While I believe it’s important to fight against the low-fo culture, I don’t think there’s any harm in speaking the current culture’s language in order to at least get people interesting in HAVING a conversation.
Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
That brings me to this. I saw this meme on Twitter, and I instantly loved it. It truly says it all.
Nailed it!
We have the lowest unemployment rate in 49 years. Women’s unemployment rate is at 3.6 percent, AKA its 65-year low. The Hispanic unemployment rate is at an all-time low– 4.5 percent, and the unemployment rate for African Americans is nearly as low as the all-time record set in May.
And liberals? They’re screaming at their political enemies in restaurants.
People….people. We must wake up voters. What do you want???? pic.twitter.com/REY0RNl6eN

Use your brain. It’s not a difficult decision.
