Democrats Would Like You To Know That Kavanaugh Was A Raging Alcoholic, Please And Thank You

Over the weekend, Ashley wrote about how Democrats are planning “Phase 2” of their “Ruin Kavanaugh’s Reputation And Life” master plan: They’re now going to attempt to portray him as a raging alcoholic.

Sen. Mazie Hirono kicked it off.

“Apparently, there was a lot of drinking and partying going on,” she said, talking about Kavanaugh’s high school years. “This is why we need an investigation. We need an independent investigation that lays all of that out for us, so there’s at least some chance of some outside entity, like the FBI, doing an investigation.”

Dick Durbin jumped aboard too.

“Dr. Ford has said that they were stumbling drunk at the time this occurred,” Durbin said. “There have been a lot of things said about the alcohol consumed by the judge, as well as by others in his school. That has to be part of any relevant questioning.”

Dems somehow got a hold of one of Kavanaugh’s former roommates, who described Kavanaugh as a “heavy drinker.” Yes, really.

Brett Kavanaugh’s Yale roommate says he believes the Scotus nominee’s second sexual misconduct accuser and claims her allegations are consistent with the ‘heavy drinker’ he came to know.

James Roche admits he never saw Kavanaugh engage in any sexual misconduct against Debbie Ramirez and did not attend the party where Ramirez claims he flashed his genitals at her.

However, Roche who is now CEO of a software company, says Ramirez ‘stood out as being exceptionally honest and gentle’ while Kavanaugh was a ‘notably heavy drinker’ during their time at the Ivy League school.

You’ve GOT to be kidding me.

‘Based on my time with Debbie. I believe her to be unusually honest and straightforward and I cannot imagine her making this up,’ he wrote in statement released to the New Yorker.

‘Based on my time with Brett, I believe that he and his social circle were capable of the actions that Debbie described.’

He added that he is ‘not a political person’ and has ‘no political agenda’ and is speaking out beacause he believes ‘Debbie has a right to be heard and I believe her’.

Nope. I don’t believe that for a second. Not a political person my a$$.

Oh. By the way. You should also know that Roche wasn’t even FRIENDS with Kavanaugh. He didn’t even know him. They only socialized a few days freshman year and that’s it.

“Despite our living conditions, Brett and I did not socialize beyond the first few days of Freshman year. We talked at night as freshman roommates do and I would see him as he returned from nights out with his friends. It is from this experience that I concluded that although Brett was normally reserved, he was a notably heavy drinker, even by the standards of the time, and that he became aggressive and belligerent when he was very drunk,” he claimed.

“I did not observe the specific incident in question, but I do remember Brett frequently drinking excessively and becoming incoherently drunk,” he added.

So some random roommate of Kavanaugh’s never saw him sexually assault anyone and wasn’t even FRIENDS with him, but he thinks he remembers him being a belligerent drunk.

We told you this was coming. Dems are trying EVERYTHING. Nothing is off limits.
