Jim Carrey Says We Must Say ‘Yes’ To Socialism

Idiots walk among us, and they go by the name “Jim Carrey.”

Carrey recently appeared on Bill Maher’s “Real Time” and officially came out as a shameless cheerleader for socialism.

“We have to say yes to socialism, to the word and everything. We have to stop apologizing,” he said.

We have to say yes to food shortages. We have to say yes to laziness. We have to say yes to pollution. We have to say yes to eating zoo animals for dinner. We have to say yes to poverty. We have to say yes to the absence of quality health care. We have to say yes to limits on free speech. We have to say yes to sheer economic chaos. We have to say yes to what our Founders tirelessly fought against: Tyranny. We have to say yes to all of that, because that’s what socialism ushers in. This is Jim Carrey’s plea. Yes to everything.

How long until Mr. I-Have-A-Net-Worth-Of-$150-Million starts turning his socialist wet dreams to action? Why isn’t he voluntarily giving 90% of his paychecks to the government? Why isn’t he redistributing his wealth to struggling actors who have to work three jobs on the side to make ends meet? Why wait? Say yes to everything NOW, Jim. Who’s stopping you?

Real talk: Does Carrey honestly believe that he could’ve become a millionaire in place like Venezuela? Does he truly not realize that he’s successful because of CAPITALISM and the prosperity it generates?

Exactly. If you say yes to socialism, you’re saying yes to a totalitarian government that can tell you what to do.

Socialism is contrary to human nature. It strips individuals of their individuality and discourages hard work. With socialism, there IS no moving up. There IS no hope for the future. Everyone’s future looks the same. Equal poverty. Equal misery. Your dreams and aspirations are utterly meaningless. You become poorer, and your politicians become richer. This ultimately leads to civil unrest. Division grows. Tensions grow high, and before you know it, you’re living under a tyrannical regime. A famous quote comes to mind. I believe it’s attributed to Thomas Jefferson, but regardless, it’s a powerful nugget of truth.
