Cohen’s Lawyer Lanny Davis Says Cohen Has Information For Mueller

Michael Cohen’s smarmy lawyer, Lanny Davis, is making the rounds. As you’ve heard, Cohen implicated Trump in a campaign finance violation.

Today he stood up and testified under oath that Donald Trump directed him to commit a crime by making payments to two women for the principal purpose of influencing an election. If those payments were a crime for Michael Cohen, then why wouldn't they be a crime for Donald Trump?

Anyway, Davis spoke to MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow Tuesday night and told her that Cohen is willing to talk to Mueller.

He also told CNN’s Chris Cuomo that Cohen “has information about Mr. Trump that would be of interest in Washington as well as New York State.”
