Yesterday, we briefly outlined the possible charges Michael Cohen could face. It included $20 million in bank fraud as well as possible campaign finance violations.
The saga continues. He has surrendered to the FBI and will reportedly plead guilty to charges “related to bank fraud, tax fraud and a campaign finance violation, stemming from a federal investigation in New York.”
